Established in 2012 by Parker Smith, Affordable Large Properties is a full-service property management company located in sunny Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Specializing in larger vacation homes, ALP currently manages approximately 64 short-term vacation rentals, mainly consisting of 4, 5, and 6 bedroom condos. The majority of ALP's portfolio is within Ocean Blue Resort, South Beach Cottages, Cherry Grove Villas and Myrtle Beach Villas 2.
In addition to professional property management, Affordable Large Properties also has a golf packages division (Golf Trek) which has booked over 1,000,000 rounds of golf since its inception.
