Beautiful home in the perfect location and prompt professional service from the rental company. We will definitely rent from them again! The Wave beach house is fully equipped with everything you need and the furnishings are modern and up to date. We could not find anything negative about the house, location or the island.

This is the second time we have rented our vacation home through Beach Boutique and they were just as amazing this time as they were the first time! Both of the houses were clean and beautiful! Check-in and Check-out were also very simple! We will definitely rent with Beach Boutique every time we go to Anna Maria Island(Heaven on Earth)!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bubbles Up!. The home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked. Additionally, don’t worry about packing blow dryers- there’s one in every bathroom! Plenty of beach towels provided! We would highly recommend this home. I’ve added a few photos from our visit.

This house was an absolute dream for us. It was just perfect for the two of us but would easily handle 4-6. The house has everything you need inside including board games and card games which we used each night. The grill is very nice and we cooked on it 4 times. The backyard was the star of the show for kiwi cabana! We used this daily and even a few night swims. The pool area is a wonderful tropical oasis and feels like you’re swimming in a jungle. You have total privacy even though there are neighbors on all sides. We heard them but never saw them! The A/C is freezing and the water pressure is great in the showers! I cannot recommend this place more! We loved our stay here and will be back here! Great central location on the island FYI. You can easily walk to the beach in 7 min or golf cart is about 2 min. 6 min golf cart ride to Publix or to the north side of AMI. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Pool pump didn’t bother us like others have said. Best vacation we’ve ever had honestly. Stay here and you will not regret it! .

Wish upon a Starfish was the absolute Best House we have ever stayed at! So much room and they have everything you can think of already there for you! Just bring your clothes and groceries.. Trust me you don’t need anything else. One of my favorite things was the bicycles! I haven’t rode a bike in many years… I came out the garage on one and my 11yr old said “Mama I didn’t know you could ride a bike” Haha!! Lots of great memories made this past week for sure! I loved that the beach was just a couple blocks away… If I can do it and say it was not a bad walk then trust me it was not a bad walk at all. We also loved watching the sunset from the rooftop deck ❤️ We can not wait to come back to the beautiful AMI and can’t wait to see which house we will rent next time from this amazing company! 😍

The Pink Chicken was the perfect beach house for our girls weekend! Very spacious and beautifully decorated with comfy beds. My 2nd time renting through Beach Boutiques and highly recommend them. Home was spotless and we had everything we needed. We had such a great time & hoped to book again for next year but huge pice increase. :((

One of the most well maintained properties (Ocean Minded)! Beach Boutique Rentals is exquisite, and we have high expectations. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by all our occupants and we are looking forward to another stay in the future! A very efficient and friendly villa rental company in Anna Maria Island. Very responsive to any email enquiries, answering any queries both pre-rental and whilst staying in their villas, almost immediately. I've been really impressed with their service, and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the island.

We absolutely loved our rental at AMI! Bliss by the Beach was fully equipped and an awesome location. A great experience! We would definitely use this company again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at the "Groovy Guava". It was everything the pictures show and so much more! It was clean and organized! Everything you could/would need for the beach and pool were provided! Always quick and friendly responses from owners as well! The golf cart is an extra treat too! The island is somewhere we hope to visit again and we will DEFINITELY book with Beach Boutique Rentals!

We had an amazing vacation on Anna Maria! The house was perfect. Great location with a short walk to the beach and trolley! The house was beautiful, and we really loved the rooftop screened porch!!! Would definitely stay again. Sunrise from the porch, and sunset on the beach!!! Perfect!
