Book That Condo

This company goes all out for their guests. The condo we rented was super clean and stocked with essentials for our stay. They had clean dish towels, dishwasher soap and dish soap with a sponge! Each bathroom had an abundance of towels and the nicest smelling shampoo and conditioner travel bottles. They also provided this oatmeal bar soap that was so luxurious! Everything was just as described and even better in person. I loved their service so much that we booked 2 condos for 2025. Their customer service is world class and I'm so happy to book with them again. Special thanks to Melissa and Sue who made this years vacation so amazing.

Book That Condo was so easy to work with. They made communication VERY easy even asking the time frame you plan to arrive! Once we arrived the inspector was just finishing up, she was extremely nice and helpful. The ease to check in was nice, all codes were sent via text! They even messaged to make sure things were going well during our stay. I would definitely use them again! The condo also exceeded our expectations!

Shores of Panama is such a great location. They have direct and fast access to crystal clear water and the softest sand I’ve ever felt. The outdoor pool is large and clean, with a great pool bar. There is a lap pool indoors as well that is great for chilly evenings or a morning workout. There are not one, but two gyms that are well equipped. Additionally, the area is great, with several bars within walking distance and TWO(!!) Waffle Houses nearby. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the view from our 22nd floor—we loved #2201 and would highly recommend it to anyone staying there.

We enjoyed the condo! The unit was extremely clean and exactly how described. Beautifully decorated! The balcony was larger than expected, which was a plus! The beds were comfortable and not worn out like many that we have had in the past. Book That Condo agents were friendly and assertive and the booking process was flawless. My only reason for 4/5 stars is because of a missing tile in the kitchen ceiling and the balcony doors did not close completely. There was maybe an inch gap between the doors. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and definitely would stay again!

Book that condo was on top of things during a very busy time of year, spring break! We received very detailed information ahead of our visit and that helped us to feel very comfortable heading into our stay. The condo was just as described at the Celadon & the issue we had with something upon check in was taken care of when we got through to them the next morning. They were very communicative after this making sure we were happy. We were very impressed when dealing with this management company & the resort where we stayed.

We recently stayed at Tidewater 2801 in PCB. My family enjoyed every minute of our time there. Book that Condo was really easy to work with and everything about our stay went extremely smooth. The views from the 28th floor were amazing! I would never hesitate to trust Book that Condo to help you find an awesome vacation condo. I can’t wait to go back!

I took my husband away for a few days for his birthday and we had an amazing time. Our unit was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, nicely deocrated and the view was to die for! Thank you for helping me make my guy happy for his day!

My experience with Book That Condo was excellent, including maintenance response to any issues I reported. However, I was disappointed that the website photos of the unit I rented were not up to date. While there the previous year, several items of furniture were replaced in the unit, and the website photos do not reflect this. I was especially disappointed with the removal of the dining room chairs that were replaced with two benches. Not the ideal seating option for anyone other than children! I brought in two chairs from the patio and used them with cushions instead. Additionally, the top of the new dining room table is uneven and plates or glasses to not rest solidly/flat on it, causing spills. What was the owner thinking?? I purchased a vinyl tablecloth to cover it and make cleanup easier. (Photo of dining room table & benches attached.) Although the newly purchased extra thick mattresses are very comfortable for sleeping, the fitted sheets provided for them do not fit! The best part of this unit is its location, so I plan to return.

We had a wonderful experience with Book that Condo. We stayed at Celadon and our room was clean and well stocked. The master bed was uncomfortable but we managed. When we had a question and called, they were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a long waiting time on the phone either. We will use Book that Condo again!

Customer service was great! We had to book a place the same day we called because our hotel cancelled our reservation. Book that Condo found us an available place and even let us check in early. We stayed in an adorable 3 bedroom house that was only a few minutes away from the beach. We will definitely be staying again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The people at book that condo are so helpful with anything we needed during our stay, they even helped locate my daughters iPad after we checked out in a very timely manner. We got it back the very next day. We will definitely be booking straight through book that condo for our future stays.

Book That Condo is a great resource! They made sure that I was aware of every step in their process. The app and their cibstant communication was excellent! The unit is immaculate with a gorgeous beach view! The only issue that I had at Twin Palms room 1605 was the hot water. Two ppl cannot shower at the sane time or directly behind one another unless you allow a few minutes to pass (maybe 15). A Keurig would be nice! 1 king and 2 queens were nice! The master bedroom view of the ocean was beautiful! Nice size balcony. Fyi, you do not have access to beach chairs! I would stay again. I had such a nice video of the room but the link only allows photos. I didn't take any photos...sorry ppl.

My friend and I spent a super fun weekend in Panama City Beach, FL at the Aquavista condos, specifically 603-W. It was spacious, updated, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The building is on the beach and the views are stunning. It’s close to all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. Can’t wait to go back!
