DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR RENT A PLACE THEY ARE MANAGING! They are terrible to work with and have no regard for the safety of their guests, they only care about their commission check. There was a State of Emergency issued, as well as the national and local weather services stated there will be catastrophic flooding, high winds, possible tornados and storm surge. All this and Casago would not issue a refund or let me change dates of our trip to a time the beach condo was available. They said "we are unable to offer any sort of reimbursement for extenuating circumstances". However, Airbnb totally agreed it was not safe to travel or stay in that area so they reimbursed me a portion of the condo.

We used Casago MB as the rental agent for our short term rental. We live out of state so we needed a full service agency. From the beginning we had very few rentals and the ones we had were rented at a very low rate. It was off-season and we were new to STR so we rolled with it. We paid $350 for a door lock that they could manage remotely which is standard. The unit had been fully renovated with all new furniture and finishes. It was a doll house. Our first problem was a 3 month renter. We specifically said no pets as everything was new. A few days after they moved in we got a fine from the HOA for $100 for a large dog in the unit. We were told that we had no choice because it was a service dog but nobody told us about the dog at the time of rental. The dog shredded our new couch and did excessive damage to our unit. Nobody followed up on the damage and when we checked on the unit weeks later it was too late to get reimbursement from the tenant. We then received a big bill from Casago for the cleaning of the couch. We noticed many obvious items stolen out of the unit and again they never reported it. Jump ahead a few months and we come down to SC again to check on the unit. We had been noticing that the cleanliness rating was a little low. We get to the unit after traveling all day and the battery on the door lock is dead and we can't get in. They charged us over $50 to come out and change the battery. We get inside and we go to use our dishes in the cabinet and they are all dirty. Food scraped off but not washed and put away dirty. I pulled a knife out of the knife block and it dripped grease. All of our baking pans were missing. Many items stolen again. Then we noticed a Keurig coffee machine sitting on the counter. Upon inspection of the machine we noticed that it was a commercial machine that had to be hooked up to a water line. I called the rental company on the sticker on the machine and they tell me it was stolen from a local business and that business is still paying the lease on it. How did it get in my unit? Why didn't anyone notice this? I put something on the FB website asking questions about what is normal behavior for a rental company and what do other people do. I purposely did not use their name nor did I indicate the agency in any way in my post. The owner of Casago emailed me immediately and terminated our contract because we were too emotionally involved and they would never be able to keep us happy. We had no idea what we were doing. Oh, and that lock that we paid for and Casago was using remotely, was missing the computer chip so was unusable to our next agency to use remotely. It cost us over another $200 to replace the chip. If I could rate them less than 1 I would.

This weekend has been a disaster. I have children and even listed that I have small children and you guys never told me that there is a late night bar next door. My children have been exposed to men urinating right outside of our door, extremely loud cursing and yelling, broken glass in the parking lot, and the bar customers hang out in front of our door and drink and smoke weed. I'm completely disgusted. Not to mention the fact that your add states there is a kitchenette and there's no stove. I can't even cook for them which is the whole point of getting the place with the kitchen in it. I homeschool them and they haven't even been able to do their work properly because the wifi is so horrible. I am here with my 13, 8, and 3 year old sons and random men keep coming to my door trying to get me to have a drink with them, and then when I decline they get hostile with me in front of my children. I am beyond disappointed with this place.

**WARNING DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY** The rental location is at: 212 20th Ave N North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 The host seems very nice at the beginning, but after you leave they try to lie and submit falsified information to get more money out of you. The host claimed my family and I "damaged" their couch, comforters, and mattress pad, however we ALWAYS clean and keep the rental places as they were when we arrive AND ALWAYS take photos of everything before we leave. They claim that a microfiber brown couch was dirty (the picture given as evidence shows it was not), the comforters and mattress pads were damaged (the picture given as evidence shows it was not). And with those three lies, they try to request $494.80. A complete ripe off and this company does not have ANY integrity. I will make sure to NEVER stay at a property by this company again!

Most inept booking agency I have ever seen for a rental!!! I rented a condo (supposedly), received confirmation, etc. etc. Day before leaving I received a text saying my reservation was canceled due to not completing their insane 3-4 step security check. Not only did I complete them- I completed them twice!!! it would not even let me try a 3rd time, it said: "already completed". Yet these inept associates at Casago could not reach their own security website to verify in 12 hours of trying (nor could I). They canceled me because of their own screw-up. 8-12 texts and 4 phone calls to try and resolve- they did not CARE!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT USE!!! find a better reservation agent!!!
