October 23, 2024 Dear Condo World, We wanted to express our gratitude for the excellent service we received during our recent stay. Despite the inconvenience of having no water for three days, we truly appreciate how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Especially because it wasn’t your issue, but Windy Hill Dune’s water problem. Yet you handled it with your renters beautifully. A special thanks to Harley for keeping us informed throughout the entire process. The clear communication and prompt response were greatly appreciated. We are also grateful for the reimbursement for the three days, which reflects the high level of customer care your company provides. We had a great oceanfront stay at Palmetto Dunes 304. Essentials for us are cleanliness, kitchen, washer/dryer, and location. This unit met all of our needs. There is some updating that could be done but for the price it was sufficient. Would definitely stay again. 2 easy trails to the beach, 2 areas to shower/wash off beach items outside. Pool is smallish but quiet and clean 3-8 feet deep. Pool deck looking out to beach needs some work, splinters and nails coming up, need new chairs. But we enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves. 4 stories to walk up so get your legs ready! Forced me to get some exercise so didn't complain but would be tough for mobility challenged.

Unit 304 at Palmetto Dunes was dirty and VERY unkept. The property was also very unkept. I’ve attached just a few pictures. Also, the unit smelled like mold. Must be why they had dryer sheets sticking out of each vent.

Condo World gave my family a great experience during our stay in July 2024. The unit was spacious, beds were comfortable, the location was perfect and it was ocean front with a balcony. The check-in process was a drive thru experience where we just had to show ID and pick up our keys and welcome packet. Didn't even have to get out of the car. Very nice. We would use Condo World again to book our Myrtle Beach vacation.

We had another amazing week at Crescent Keyes! This was our second year at this resort as well as booking our vacation through condo world. I can't imagine us going anywhere else. The property was amazing, clean, quiet and family friendly! The entire booking process was wonderful, with the drive through arrival process top notch! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time last week at Emerald Cove II 5A! It was PERFECT for our family vacation! The condo was just the right size, it was clean when we arrived, all the adults and kiddos had enough space in the condo, beds were comfortable, and all the TVs and ceiling fans worked which was a huge plus!! The balcony was wonderful and huge - we loved spending time out there to soak up the beautiful view. And overall the building, Emerald Cove II, was the quietest building we have ever stayed in at the beach - we were very impressed!!! And even better - we didn't think that the building would have an outdoor charcoal grill, but it does! We took advantage of that on a couple of occasions. Thanks to Condo World, Erica Lawrence, and a few other employees for helping our family to make this vacation come true last week and having the perfect rental unit available that fit all of our needs!!

Laguna Keys in Cherry Grove. We stayed in PH7 which was incredible. Only get 2 parking passes which was not enough since we had family coming in on different days. They advertise overflow parking at Condo-World but don’t be fooled because you still need a parking pass for that too or you will be towed.

We stayed at South Shore Villas in Unit 702. We had a great time! The property was clean, comfortable and updated. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Condo-World did a great job with check-in and communication was on point. As a person who does this for a living as managers in the Great Smoky Mountains, it was nice to see this 3-bedroom condo was welcome getaway from our busy life!

I am a repeat customer and have stayed several times at the Windy Hill Dunes condos. Very pleased with the accommodations. This year we vacation with some other family members who unfortunately became sick. As we prepared to leave we were all stressed and ended up leaving 3 items at the condo. When I called I was transferred to “lost and found” and spoke with Vince Hester. Not only was he helpful in locating our lost items but he quickly called me back and assured me he would be sending the items to their respective owners. He was so professional and it is so appreciated. Your employees are top notch!!

The house was spacious & beautiful. Loved the pool & hot tub. Location was great. Unfortunately, we were not informed that we had to bring our own coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. That info would have really been helpful

Great location of unit - 3rd floor on oceanfront, so excellent view and could even hear the waves from the sitting room and bedroom. Unit was very clean, furnishings adequate, but have to huff and puff up 4 flights of narrow stairs to get to the unit.

We stayed at Windy Hill Dunes - 1305 for a week and the unit was mostly clean, though there was sand in some areas of the condo, such as the bed sheets and by the couches, but what would you expect at a condo on the beach? The staff was friendly, the pool sometimes got very crowded and was a little small for the size of the condo. The Kiddy pool was a nice touch, but smelled like urine, so we preferred taking our 4 year old into the bigger pool or the lazy river. The view from the condo was great and the little outdoor patio with table and chairs was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee or watch a sunrise/sunset.

We have booked condo's from this place for more than ten years and usually were satisfied. But this year, they really dropped off. They put us in a very small condo. Nothing like we've had from them before For more money than we spent before.. It was also very dated, broke up and filthy. And they didn't seem to care when I raised concerns or called them, I asked them to place me somewhere else. They said the best they could do was a two bedroom a mile inland i paid a premium for a 3 bedroom on the beach. After looking at the filth on the air intake, I asked them if they could at least come Change the air conditioner filters at which they said they would, but never send anybody. I don't think I can trust them to put me in the decent place anymore.

We stayed at the Ashworth room 1206. What a beautiful place and looked exactly like the pictures. We went for a week to celebrate my son's 18th birthday.We appreciated the little touches of the beach & pics of the grandbabies.Great location to Main Street, I could not get enough of the icecream.Thank you for having extra beach chairs for us.We have already recommended Condo World and this place as well.thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!

Ocean Bay Club Resort room 110 was everything that we hoped for. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us and a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. I loved that there were elevators and carts for your luggage. It was also nice having a parking garage. The unit downside was when the air conditioner kicked on it was pretty noisy, but you got used to it and it didn't ruin our stay. The master bedroom has a big jacuzzi style tub and a shower that was a plus. The room decor was tasteful and welcoming. Overall we loved the condo and Condo World was easy to book with and when I needed a question answered they were quick to respond.

We stayed in unit 1304 @ Windy Hill Dunes for 7 days celebrating my sons graduation from high school. It was perfect. Very family friendly. The beach was not crowded. We has space to spread out at the pool. The condo was clean and equipped with all our living needs for the time we were there. It was an easy check in and check out process. Everyone was friendly. We will book here again next year for sure. Im glad we took this trip!

Penthouse #19 was very large with a huge balcony. The kitchen was also very good size and well equipped. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even with the grandkids flying around, it never feel cramped. The penthouse units also have have private parking in the garage on level 5, this would be very nice in peak season. The garage under the condo was also very convenient.

Absolutely Wonderful experience with Condo-World. Condo was exactly (if not better) than pictured and described. The process was seamless and easy. Will definitely be returning and using Condo-World for our next vacation.

Great stay and Condo-World did an amazing job taking care of a few issues we discovered upon checking into our condo. I'm sure it's not easy trying to play the middle man renting and trying to maintain these rental units for their owners but Condo-World is the best and I highly recommend them to anyone.
