Pictures on website very misleading. Ocean View -7th floor Landmark Resort was very run down. Furniture was old, torn and stained. Bathroom door broken. Very bad smell in unit. A lot of broken items such as lamps, light covers. Bath tub stained. Outlets broken. Multiple cobwebs. Paint chipping in several places. Fire alarm missing. This unit needs a lot of tlc before renting out. Property manager needs to inspect unit. Very sad stay for a week. Not worth the money.

Eagle Beach has been managing my property since September. Their communication is poor. Guest complaints about cleanliness have been nonstop. The condition in which I found my property after terminiating their services was horrific. If you are looking for a management company that will properly care for your property and effectively communication with you, keep looking.

I have so so much to say regarding my stay at Blue Water Villas through Eagle Beach at Myrtle. The unit itself is disgusting. There was mice feces in the kitchen cabinets and in the closets as well as live roaches in the unit. The ceiling was falling down in the floor around the air vent as well as constant condensation and black mold. The ceiling air filter was full of dirt dust and overall just unhealthy. Dirty water drips down the wall near switch plates in the bathroom and we had to repair the commode in the unit in order to be able to use it. We attempted to use the electric range to cook and I the burner caught on fire due to the debris left in the burner pans - turned on the over head exhaust fan on stove and it literally spit out dirt and rusty metal all over the stove and in the skillet of food I was trying to prepare and this ruined the food. But this isn’t the bad part…… we stayed we cleaned the unit best we could in order to stay and enjoy our trip. My boyfriend left his shoe bag in the unit accidentally and realized it when we got home a few days later that it was missing. I contacted Eagle Beach and was told that they’re cleaning crew was very responsible and was very good about notifying them if anything had been found but they would reach out to them to see if they had seen it. Before they were able to communicate back with me that they had found it I already tracked it via my air pods in the bag and it was in a townhome in Myrtle Beach quite a good distance from the unit we rented. The townhouse per Google and Zillow was a 335k townhome occupied by a woman who was confirmed on Facebook as owning a rental service company in Myrtle Beach as well as a cleaning company. I immediately alerted Eagle Beach as of the exact location of my bag and ask did they have an employee or contractor who lived at that address and I was told they didn’t know they would get back with me. Shortly after I was told that my bag had been located at the”cleaning company inventory warehouse” and that it would be shipped back to me via my choice of ups usps or fedex. I chose usps provided the name and address to ship and was told it would be sent out the next day after pricing was established and I had paid for it. As of Friday afternoon the next day I had heard nothing from Eagle Beach so I reached out to ask if it would be shipped - they said no it would be Monday. At this time I tracked my bag and it had moved to an abandoned wienee stand on kings highway two blocks from usps where I indicated I wanted my bag shipped from. I called eagle beach back again and ask why if they were two blocks from usps why could they not ship the bag - I was reminded that I had agreed under contract that they were not responsible for lost items and they were doing me a courtesy to return my bag. On the following Monday someone reached out to me and requested $90 dollars for shipping which I paid through the air bnb app and I never heard anything else. I ask on Tuesday was my bag shipped and could I please have tracking and they said they would get it for me and as of today on Wednesday at noon I still do not have tracking provided by eagle beach. I did, however, receive my shoe bag from ups yesterday evening - not the shipper I requested and paid for and never once did they provide me shipping receipt or tracking. While i understand it was not their responsibility to return my back I do think that the reputation of the cleaning company used by eagle beach should be taken into consideration when they clearly picked up a bag of shoes valued at 1k or more and took them home and obviously never notified the company that contracted them to clean. The rental company didn’t seem to care at all about any of this or even understand the way it could implicate their business and future business. Word of mouth can be your best or worst advertisement and after staying one time and experiencing all of Eagle Beach rentals I would never recommend them to anyone.

Just called to make a payment on my summer rental. As I am telling the guy, he says ok, the card ending 3670? And I said no, I have a different card….but he said oh I already processed payment. Like what? That was a $6100 charge on a card I told him not to use! Now I have to wait til the charges are reversed to make payment. Plus it could’ve easily overdrawn my account! STUPID!!!! Not the brightest people for sure. Does not instill confidence whatsoever.

Wanted to give no stars but that is not an option. Recently stayed at an Eagle Beach Rental and what a DUMP it was!! Dirty with live roaches which is just the way I am sure everyone wants to spend their vacation and hard earned money. Absolutely disgusting rental! When we contacted them the only solution offered was to clean again, which made no sense since they did such a horrible job the first time. In fact, they were still “cleaning” when we arrived for our check in. They then offered to send out an exterminator, which also made no sense because we would be the ones inconvenienced on our vacation! This rental group is an absolute joke!! DISGUSTING rental!! This is the only rental I have ever been to in over 40 years that I did not unpack my things due to the filth! Will have to leave my things in my garage when I get home for fear of bringing bugs into my own home.

Our rental place was horrible. Johnsons lair. The deck has a hole. You can see to the next level. The toilet over flowed with an inch of water. Soaked it up with about 12 towels. The chair I was sitting on broke. The handrails on the deck were hanging on by one hook. There's nails pooking up from the wood. Johnsons Lair is terrible place to stay. This place is a major safety issue. I asked for some kind of refund from Eagle Beach Rentals. They won't respond to my emails. They never sent anyone out to look at the handrails or nails while we were there. Very disappointing

Thank you Eagle Beach Rentals for making the process of booking, checking in and out so quick/easy all while having affordable prices! The room was immaculate with a breathtaking view just what I needed. The resort had amenities that made you not want to leave. Love the attached parking deck for the rainy days as well as the indoor pools. Will definitely be staying again!

They're very rude Very unprofessional... Rental I rent was not clean.. Shower door was broke husband had to fix it so we could shower... Sun porch door is very sketchy tv in living room don't half work... Yard wasn't mowed would not recommend this place

I moved to Myrtle Beach 4 weeks ago with very short notice. I entrusted Eagle Beach to help me with my stay! I have had nothing but good experiences. I've been in a handful of different resorts and units, and have nothing but excellent things to say about each and every one of them. The employees at Eagle beach are open and honest, quick to help when there is an issue, and strive to make your experience as awesome as possible. I highly recommend Eagle Beach rentals for all your future needs, and I look forward to continuing to work with them while I continue to rent oceanfront condos.

My husband booked a home on VRBO listed through this rental agency months ago. He received confirmation through VRBO but the rental agency double booked the unit and never notified us of the issue nor cancelled our reservation. We reached out to them and discovered the issue when we did not receive any communication re check in, etc closer to the trip. They claimed they did not have any record of our reservation, despite us having the documentation from VRBO. The company never explained the error nor apologized. We asked for the owner or manager to call us and that never happened. Reading other reviews it sounds like this is an ongoing problem for the Eagle Beach. Would not recommend booking a rental through them.

Roaches, rented through Airbnb, no type of communication. It took me hours to reach some one! Just keep scrolling if you come across a rental from them. And the Caravelle Resort is a complete joke. Beware and do not stay.

We booked a rental with Eagle Beach rentals and drove over 4 hours to be stopped at the gate of our community and told our name wasn't on the list to get in. We proceeded to call multiple times and for 2+ hours. At that point we had also contacted AirBNB about the issue who after multiple attempts themselves they kindly offered us a hotel. Overall worst experience I have ever had.

Our Myrtle Beach stay was amazing. We had the best view from our room and the place was perfect and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

Eagle Beach Rentals is the best/reliable property management companies at the beach. My Fiance and I wanted to do a weekend getaway at the beach last December and every bit of the experience was off the charts. Booking was easy, they stayed in communications with us leading up to our check-in day. If you need a rental and staying along the Grand Strand this is the company to book with.
