Beware of this management company. I rented a condo for 6 weeks at Ocean Bridge, Unit B27. I had voiced my concerns with the unit after reading reviews about the lack of hot water. When we checked in, I did a walk through and took pictures of the condition of the condo. Closet door in the master bedroom was off the track, cable wires hanging out of the wall, electrical box cover sitting on the floor, holes in screens, etc. Was told the information for the internet access would be in the unit, which it was not. Water heater was another story. After numerous times of not having hot water, the unit was finally replaced. Evidently the water heater initially installed was not installed properly with undersized breakers and electrical wire. A fire hazard to say the least. I requested a walk through be done before we left, which was scheduled with Michael Petrizzo, but he contacted me at the last minute to say he was tied up at another unit and would not be able to make it. He told me he had already turned in the request to refund my security deposit. This company changed the amount of the lease amount due because they had misquoted the rate, was to have returned the security deposit within 30 days, which has not happened, and does not answer my phone calls or emails. I have tried to call Michael, the office, and Paul Allman, all with no results. I have sent numerous emails to the company also. Very poor customer service and not an honest company to deal with.

Paul Allman is a thief! Beware of this scam business. I booked a condo through VRBO in March of 2023, for June of 2024. Paul (the host) then tried to extort more money from me after I had a confirmed reservation. When I refused to pay more money (he wanted almost double the amount), he waited until October of 2023 to cancel my reservation. Then he stole my down payment ($1200). He said he couldn't reverse it on my credit card so he needed to send me a check. Over 30 days later, still no check. VRBO came through and refunded my money. I hope VRBO stops listing his properties and goes after him for the money they had to pay me. This guy and his business are a scam.
