Brigadune 8a ..nice pool..the ac unit was so horrible..it never got under 80deg and at night it got hotter for some reason. We called and we're told there was nothing they could do. We had 1 dollar general frying pan for our group of 9. No tupaware no blender. We paid 4500 for the week !!

We booked direct with North Beach Realty for our August 2023 vacation and it was fantastic! The details prior to arriving were very clear and helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. The property at Malibu Point was excellent. We had a minor issue when we got to the condo and they sent out a maintenance staff within 10 minutes to make everything right. We had a wonderful vacation and we can’t wait to book another trip. Thanks for helping us make amazing memories as a family!

The worst stay on my vacation - will never book through them again. 1st off let's start by saying they gave my family and I the wrong code to get into are condo, then when we called to get the right code, but before that the office was closed because they all had to go to lunch, we have never been treated like this in our lives. Our condo wasn't very clean , rust on refrigerator in the bathroom separation from the door in the wall nails exposed paint job look like a little three year old did it, dishwasher sounds like a rock it's about to take off and lakes, dust everywhere, all over the fan the vents in the bathroom and bedroom are falling filled with dust .. oh and to top it off the pull out couch doesn't have a bed in it because it is broken, brings over an air mattress without a cord can't pump it. they come back over brought a new air mattress with no cord this time can't pump it up have to wait another night then if they brought a new cord and I made the maintenance blow it up they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right adaption for it. but wait they said they gave us a deal, no deal, never booking with them again our oven looks like it caught on fire to forgot to add that

We rented a vacation home from North Beach Realty last week and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, quick, and courteous. They provided great service and communicated effectively. I got a couple souvenirs on my way out of the office - my son loved playing with the beach balls. Thank you! And thanks for such a great time during our trip.

Check in place was super clean, restrooms, free little gifts, mugs, and free popcorn. The lady that’s checked us in was helpful and super nice, called at 300pm and our room was ready and allowed an early check in. We are staying at south shore villas for a week, the condo is amazing! I will return

Absolutely love this company! Definitely will be using it again. They were very kind and very prompt with both picking up the keys and returning them as well. We were a little late dropping them off but they were totally understanding and soooo kind. The unit we got was SUPER close to the beach. The online listing said it was close to the beach but we didn’t realize just how close until we got in. I just had to take about 20 steps and we were on the beach! The unit was very clean, views were beautiful, and people were very pleasant. Overall, such a relaxing vacation! I didn’t want to leave 😩

Our room was NOT as advertised! It looked nice, but did not feel nice!!! It was extremely humid, to the point of our beds, linens, bedroom carpeting, and living room furniture all being DAMP!!! Inside our unit was MORE humid than outside...in SC in August!! The unit smelled like mold and mildew and was especially strong in the front two bedrooms...probably from being constantly damp. There was a nonfunctional dehumidifier in one of the bedrooms, which shows me that North Beach Realty knew about the situation and chose not to address it fix it! Their customer service is terrible, slow to respond, and rude when they do. I will NEVER use North Beach Realty again!!

We had a great time at their unit in the Baywatch Resort! Check in and out was simple, the unit was everything they promised and more. Thanks for a great family Vacation!

Wonderful customer service! We arrived here too early for checking into our rental and they were so kind as to catch us before we left the vicinity to inform us that the inspector just finished so we could come right back to pick up our keys, even though it was several hours before the given check in time! We were very thankful for their kindness in doing this. Very friendly staff and the rental was nicer than expected. Will gladly give them our business again in the future!

Will not stay here ever again. Bed bugs in our rooms, we got bit all over face to all over back and whole body. Pest control even came and found activities happening. I want it to be known for anyone who is interested in staying. Even the owner said because of our bad review he will not speak to us and was not able to do more for us. He refund us one day and we spend 1400 for 4 nights I believe. We looked for a nice place and didn't get the service we deserve. Be aware people... I don't EVER recommend this company to anyone.

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. This real estate/ rental company is amazing. They were super friendly and very helpful. Victoria went above and beyond She even drove down to the resort we were staying in to bring me a parking pass. I would definitely recommend booking direct with her!
