This 14-story resort was built in 2007 and is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The building itself is situated just off of the beachfront, but only a few steps away from the beach.

Covered parking is available at Malibu Pointe, but please be aware of the low clearance height of 6 feet, 8 inches. If you are arriving in a vehicle that exceeds this limit, you have the option of using the on-site overflow parking or public parking located a block away on 17th Ave S.
