Well appointed condo with close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly, the beach! Private beach area, which means not crowded at all and nice & quiet beach time. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, very welcoming, with a good nights rest on the comfortable king mattress. Can't wait to return. Wonderful 5 star stay!

We have enjoyed this home before - our favorite piece of the Gulf Coast! Outside of the twin beds needing to be replaced it was fantastic. MGT was super attentive to a couple of calls we made re: things needing attention. We will definitely rent with them again!

We loved our rental, it was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the decor and the amenities. We were close to the beach without being in the crazy area of young kids riding around unsupervised. I loved it quiet neighborhood, with only a 4 minute drive to the beach.

Great week in Seagrove at Coral Reef! Our group of 14 made use of every inch of this property Including the pool across the driveway, the private beach entrance a few yards away and included beach chairs for 2. the beds, the bedding, the AC the fully stocked kitchen all made the week a fun getaway in our favorite spot! Oversee property management was so attentive left a few “thank you” items for us and the communication before during and after our stay was awesome. Love this little beach community and look to rent here again!

Best Vacation we have had in a long time! The oversee host was AMAZING! Answered all of our questions so promptly and the house was immaculate! Newly built and up to date furniture with the cutest beach decor. Very clean and everything we needed was there . They even left us a nice insulated tumbler for the beach and a towel🩵 Perfect location in 30A for what we wanted in a vacation! And only a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach . We can’t wait to go back ! We will definitely be renting from Oversee again. The customer service is hands down the BEST we have ever had !

We had a great stay at our condo. We had the best views from our balconies! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was awesome having the beach chairs available for us to use as well. Made hanging out on the beach so much better. We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience with Oversee was incredible! They were super responsive from my initial inquiry, throughout our stay and after checkout. We stay on 30A multiple times a year and look forward to booking through them again in the future as their service was second to none! Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Oversee was easy to work with for our beach vacation. They were quick to respond when we had an issue and checked back with us later to ensure the issue was resolved. Condo was clean and well stocked for our trip. We will definitely be booking again with Oversee!

Every person I spoke to was so nice and so helpful and always so quick to answer any question I had! The house was absolutely a dream. You cant beat the pool and the hot tub, it made every afternoon and evening for the bachelorette trip I was on! Also the walk to the beach was green, beautiful and so short distance! I definitely recommend vacationing with them. I’ll definitely be back!

Really loved staying here at the Leeward 1 unit 3 in Seacrest -very clean and comfortable. Loved having the beach & water just outside the condo only steps away. Relaxed on the balcony overlooking the small dunes on the beach with the waves splashing on the beach. So tranquil- will definitely be back- we didn’t want to leave!!

This unit was clean, convenient, and beautiful. This corner unit (C3-704) has an unbelievable view of the gulf. The Oversee staff was so responsive to our needs. The unit had comfortable furniture and beds. The linens that were provided were great quality.
