Saltwater Grande, LLC was opened in June of 2019 by owners Betty Robey, Sherry Graves, Alex Szymanowski (formerly of CondoLux). Betty Robey, Broker-In-Charge and Director of Owner Services, has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, with the most recent 5 years being focused on the Vacation Rental and Property Management industry in South Carolina. Sherry Graves, Director of Guest Services, has more than 15 years of experience in the Vacation Rental and Property Management industry in the Grand Strand area of South Carolina. Alex Szymanowski, Director of Marketing & Technology, has more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, web design, and search engine optimization.

The condo was very clean. The owner thought of everything a person could need on their vacation. From drop cords, ironing boards, extra pillows and blankets, were just a few things that helped our stay more comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Dealing with Saltwater Grande and it's employees was a very stress free experience. From our initial booking throughout our vacation they were continually checking in on us and making sure our stay was 1st class. We had a minor issue, not related to Saltwater Grande, and they reached out to appropriate people to resolve the issue. Latoya was great to speak with through email and speaking to Shelly, a part owner, was even more pleasant. First time with Saltwater Grande and not the last. Made us feel 1st class the entire vacation. Thank you!!

Great stay; excellent communication. We’ve rented from Saltwater Grande twice now, and have had superb experiences both times. Very professional; plenty of communication ahead of time to let us know what to expect, how to check in, provide parking passes, etc. They followed up with us during our stay to offer assistance, and when we mentioned a couple of maintenance needs, someone was at our door very quickly. The condo we rented was stocked with useful supplies and was very clean. Last year, as we were leaving, we ran into the housekeeping service, and she said this is one of her favorite mgmt companies to work with - I think that says a lot too! Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed in Blue Water Keys, Unit 1102 and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was very clean, well stocked and had everything my family needed for our vacation stay! We enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the balcony, sitting outside quite often! Plenty of beach towels, towels for my family 8! The kids loved the pool and lazy river and having easy access to the beach was great! We also took advantage of the water sports that were offered right outside the condo, Banana Boat rides and Parasailing! What a blast! Loved the virtual check in process, after driving for a few hours, my family was able to come directly to the condo and start their vacation right away! 10 out 10 highly recommend!

We stayed in 1209 Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove. The unit was nicely furnished, very clean, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! The pools were clean too! Saltwater Grand was our rental service. They checked in with us prior to and during our stay. They were very easy to work with and were helpful whenever we had a question. I definitely recommend both Saltwater Grand and 1209 Laguna Keyes!

For my daughter’s 13th birthday we took a girls trip to Crescent Shores South via Saltwater Grande and we had an incredible time! Our unit was perfect for the 9 of us with spacious rooms, plenty of beds, and endless ocean views! We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal when we arrived and maintenance quickly remedied the situation. Haley from Saltwater Grande was such a joy to work with and she always communicated promptly with any questions or requests I had. On site at Crescent Shores, Becky greeted us everyday with a smile and made sure our kids had tubes for the lazy River even though it was February 🥶 We had dinner at Fiesta Mexicana which was incredible and a local seafood restaurant called Platts that was delicious. We are so thankful for our stay in North Myrtle Beach and the memories we made there!

The condo was amazing the kids loved it...it had alot of space and so much to do in the area...the only issue we had was neighbors above us partied all night and when they walked around it was like they had lead in there feet...and it would've been nice if we had access to the fitness/spa center and indoor pool but overall I still give it 4.5 out of 5 very amazing will definitely come back again

We stayed on the 15th floor and had an amazing time! The unit was super clean and spacious. The view was fantastic! Loved every second of our stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you from my family. We needed a break from the world and this place was perfect for that.

Perfect stay! Clean, no issues. A street over from the beach. We can't wait to come back!! Pool was never crowded either.

We had a great family vacation in North Myrtle Beach at the Cresent Shore condos. We usually rent a house and decided to try a condo this year. It was BEAUTIFUL and so enjoyable. The Saltwater Grande staff was great. We had to call about a shower head not working correctly and maintenance was there and put a new shower head on immediately. The pool, lazy River, & hot tub (not salt water 👍) were perfect for when we didn’t want to be in the sand 😁. We loved it! Thanks for the great memories ❤️

The condo I stayed at in North Myrtle beach was beautiful ! My view was perfect, I had everything I needed during my stay. There was a washer and dryer, - kitchen stocked almost better than my own , two full bathrooms, extra beach towels and access to the thermostat! There were so many pools and parking wasn't a hassle at all!! There is access to the beach RIGHT outside the lobby doors! I enjoyed my stay so so much that I would definitely plan with Saltwater Grande again!!

We had a great stay at the Verandas. Our unit was just as pictured. Had a great view of the ocean. Saltwater seemed to be easily accessible with the contact they had with us. We just didn't need anything! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to NMB. Highly recommend!
