Aqua Vista 706E. This is a great Condo right on the beach! Great location on the quiet west end and very family friendly. The condo was very roomy and updated with a great view from two separate balconies. I don’t like the high rise condos and this one only has 8 floors including the parking garage so it was perfect! The covered parking was a plus! I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great Labor Day vacation. House was clean and had no issues and they checked on us to make sure everything was ok during our trip. Got in late first night but they provided a bag of coffee so we had some the first morning without having to go to store. Hope to be back.

Loved our stay at Designer’s Retreat. The location was perfect for what we needed. The house was great and even better because it was pet friendly. It was just as pictured…very clean. Reservation process was great. Hopefully will return. Thanks for an enjoyable week!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Lullwater 299. The location is perfect, with the pool right next to our building and the beach right across the street. The lake in the backyard was amazing to wake up to each morning, and I've never seen so many turtles in one place! Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay May, 2024 at The Shell Shack #3 was great! The staff was very attentive to any issues that arose. This property is a perfect set-up for families up to 4. There is a sofa sleeper so could be up to 6. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. It is just steps away from the beach ⛱ . We have stayed numerous times at PCB. The only small negative comment, the landscaping out from the path off the steps needs a little maintenance, but still not bad. We will definitely stay with Sand Seekers Reality again. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. Very clean and plenty of room. The house had everything we needed for the week. Not far from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Beach Bummin’. When I asked our son what he liked best - taking the tram to the beach, swimming in the lagoon pool, bicycle rides or trying local seafood restaurants, he replied “This house!” It was comfortable, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay at Aqua-Vista 506-E very much! The condo, while not coastal glam in decor, was very clean and had tons of room for our group of 5 adults and a baby. The rental process was easy from booking, to check-in to check-out. I highly recommend Sand Seeker Vacations and the Aqua-Vista property for your stay in Panama City Beach!

I hope I can rent 706W again and again! Loved the decor, furnishings, the extras, the comfy beds, the balconies….it was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids!! I could go on;). There were a few miscommunications ( nothing serious) but Lauren and her team took care of us quickly! Such nice people and great location!! Thank you Sand Seeker and AquaVista!!!

This was our first time back to Panama in about 20 years. We decided to change it up this year and we are so glad we did. The condo was as listed and absolutely beautiful; very clean and came with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

Unit 503W. Well…we arrived to a musty dog smell in the condo. The furniture is dated and looked worn and dirty. Rugs were worse. Balcony table was filthy. Entry door handle was loose and the bathroom handle fell off every time you used it. One sliding door handle was broken and the main slider was a high energy workout just to open it. We looked around to clean but there were no cleaning supplies. When we pulled the sheets after our stay there was a stain on the the mattress pad. Sorry but this place needs a major cleaning and updating. Especially because of what the rate is. Good luck! The pool is very nice and the beaches were beautiful!

We had an amazing week staying in this home. It has everything you need and more. It’s a 2 min drive to a couple different public beach access points. Only a 6 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great. Very quiet And great neighbors. When there’s no traffic, it is only a four minute drive to all the pier park attractions. The management company is great to work with.
