The condo we stayed in was great! But the employees at Thomas Beach were amazing! We had a few things pop up and they helped us every step of the way! I would highly recommend booking with them! Thank you for a great week!

Sedgefield North 404 was beautifully decorated and very clean. The two main bedrooms were very roomy and having three bathrooms was wonderful! The pool area was very nice and pool was clean. Kitchen was very well stocked with high quality items. It was the perfect location as well. Check in and out was super easy and the customer service people were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and unit!

Well I posted a review earlier and it looks like Mr Ken Gill deleted my review so no one knows about the horrible run down house we stayed In (A Block Away). It was infested with roaches inside and out, there was mold growing under the tray at the fridge where you got ice cubes and water which the water dispenser didn’t work which made me move the fridge to see if the water line was pinched and all I found was roaches. Outside was a shed with a gas hot water heater that was filled with swimming toys and chairs that can catch fire at any time so we had to remove them just in case. The plumbing is incredibly old that the pipe is quest pipping which is no longer sold on the market due to bad leaking, the shower and laundry room that is outside smelled like strong urine. They had to get a plumber to come in to fix the loose shower spout and handle and the bad cartridge. We have never stayed in rental property this bad ever and it’s ridiculous we didn’t get a refund or even half of it, Ken Gill just laughed it off and said why did we remain staying there ummmm maybe cause you didn’t offer anything at all and ducked us all week. I highly recommend not to look at the pics of the rental properties and think it’s brand new and shiny cause you’ll be very mistaken!

Stayed the week of August 3rd, 2024. Inundated with ants in every room. Leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom that leaked the full length of the bed. Had to move the bed so we could set up buckets and towels to catch the falling water. Pretty sure there must have been mold or something growing in there because we left with sore throats and a cough. That wasn't the worst part. Our last evening there was spent catching rats! There had been a weird smell coming from the laundry room all week and we think they were living in there and decided to come out at midnight our last night. We caught 3, killed 2 and left one for evidence as we booked it out of there. The manager, Ken Gill, did not offer a satisfactory outcome, would not look at our pictures and videos, and he alleged that we were lying about it all! Telling everyone I know and that will listen, if you care about your family and your health than this is no place to do business with.

We had a great time at Shorehaven 2, beautiful place, not over decorated. We would really like to have the availability to have more than one car on the property. We had a few issues, no big deals. Place was clean, beautiful area. Would rent again.

My family has used Thomas Beach Vacation rentals in Myrtle Beach for the past 4 years. This is our LAST time using them. When we arrived on Saturday, we were SHOCKED at the condition of the rental house called “rest-a-bit”. It was the most expensive rental we have gotten from Thomas and it was by far the worst, not anything like what we have rented from them before. It smelled like dog despite being listed as a pet free rental. The toilets and bathrooms were gross. Porch furniture falling apart. CONDITIONS WERE COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE. We called Thomas with our concerns and they moved us to another rental. After driving 10 hours, packing our stuff inside, we had to completely pack the cars back up to go to a different smaller rental. The new rental was great, clean and nice quality like the other Thomas rentals we have had in the past. It is Monday and Thomas just called us while we are on the beach and informed us that we were NOT to be using the garage in the rental we were rushed in to. We have coolers and personal items in the garage and they told us that a maintenance man is coming out right now to lock the garage because we were prohibited from using it. When we explained we didn’t realize the girl on the phone was rude and said “well the garage is not listed in the listing as an amenity”. Okay??? We didnt pick this house so therefore we haven’t seen the listing. And anyway, why was the garage unlocked if we aren’t allowed to use it? The rental company questioned us on the phone asking how we got in to the garage like we were doing something wrong knowingly? It was RUDE. I am a doctor and I have never been treated like this in my life. We have been using the garage for our stuff for days and there is nowhere outside the rental that is covered in order to put our beach stuff. It is a huge inconvenience but it wouldn’t have even been a big deal if they would have just understood our side of the misunderstanding. Instead it felt like we were called and scolded like children. When we told the girl on the phone that we were moved hastily from another unit she said that they have had a lot of people moving around this week. Why do you have so many tenants moving houses? It doesn’t make sense. I am disappointed to say the least because we have had such great experiences in the past. After this, we will never use Thomas again.

The safety issues I identified last year's visit were corrected; thank you! The back deck was in need of repair and now is very safe. A swing down stairs had a chain that looked like it was about to break due to rust and it was replaced with new!!! This year's visit, the down stairs shower door came off the hinges and about fell totally off and could have landed on one of my grandchildren's feet. Also the front door storm door, the top door closer pulled out of the jam. I called it in an a man came and looked at it and left. We were leaving to for the day and expected it fix while we were gone, but upon return, it had not been fixed. This house is older, and could use a good refurbishing. The pictures on the website are some what of a false advertisement because they don't truly represent what the house actually looks like; meaning house in pic looks much nicer than in reality. Our experience with your staff however, has been excellent!. Reserving the property was very easy, the reminders throughout the year was very helpful and paying for the installments was excellent. Especially a emails back confirming our payments!!

Phenomenal care and oversight provided by Thomas Beach Reality upon entry to the condo fresh flowers are present upon our arrival. We identified several issues with the condo which were promptly addressed the next day. Kudos to the staff. There were several items with the condo that could’ve been better as far as furniture and items for cooking in the kitchen area. Other than those stay was great the location is great. The view is magnificent.

We had a great vacation at Baywatch. It was our first vacation in Myrtle Beach and definitely won’t be our last. The resort was very clean. The pools and beach were fantastic. We ate at the resort restaurant most nights and the food was delicious. Now to plan our trip back next year, if not sooner.

Thomas Beach Vacation Rentals was amazing. We loved the house we stayed in. We had a problem with a mattress, and they brought us a new mattress in less than 12 hours. The service and check in was efficient and professional. The house was extremely clean and very nice. Best rental I have ever stayed in.

We stayed at a block away in NMyrtle for spring break for the second year. The house is a very convenient walk to the beach, we managed well with 4 families in this 5 bedroom home. Living area has lots of windows and was very bright. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the pool though it was still a bit chilly to use in early April! (Kids didn’t mind the cold). Trash pick up is very convenient. Thomas Vacation staff was readily available for any concerns we had, and the minor issues we had were resolved quickly despite the holiday weekend. It was a very memorable week with the family.

First time using Thomas Beach Vacations and we would highly recommend them! Great experience everyone was so helpful and very friendly! We got a great recommendation from them and loved the place we stayed. Everything was as advertised and was easy to check in and out. I've used several companies before and they are by far the best I have dealt with from beginning to the end! Will definitely book all my vacations through them in the future! We stayed at Crescent Sands.

This was a great option for our annual family vacation. The house is on a corner lot in a quiet area of Cherry Grove only a couple short blocks walk to the ocean. The house is well-maintained, was extremely clean and was ready for us several hours before the anticipated check in time. You can fish off the back deck, enjoy the hammock or cool off in the small pool at the house. The check in process was so quick and easy, and there really is no check out process since the house has keyless entry. This house is a great option for multi-generational family vacations. We will definitely be back!

My family has used Thomas Beach Vacations for many trips to North Myrtle Beach. We have always found them to be helpful and professional. This year with Covid was a challenge. We debated cancelling our plans, but eventually decided we would go. We actually had to delay our planned trip by 3 weeks and the Thomas people were very helpful with our changes. Once we arrived at Thomas for key pick up, we were happy with all the procedures they had initiated for sanitizing and Covid measures. We found our rental Condo very clean, although we did wipe everything down once we arrived. Not because of doubts about Thomas procedures, just because we decided to take the extra step. We had a great vacation and it was good to get away and relax. We will certainly do it again in the future and hopefully without Covid restrictions.

Rented a vacation condo in North Myrtle Beach. Some items like the lazy river and hot tub were closed because of covid. I expressed my disappointment to Lisa at Thomas Vacations and she understood and went out of her way to find us a different place. We had a wonderful week. Thank you Lisa and Thomas Vacations for a great place and beautiful pools and hot tubs. We stayed at the Mar Vista. Beautiful accommodations. Love those waves too!

This is my go to vacation rental company. Everyone that I have worked with in this office have been super nice and they do everything they can to make sure you are given the best deal possible. I usually take 2-3 trips to the Cherry Grove area each summer and can always depend on Thomas Beach Vacations. The most recent trip was September 12-19 and I was not able to get the internet to work properly so I called and the technician was there within 30 minutes. I explained to Wade that I needed the internet this week because I had to participate in a few conference calls with work. I was very appreciative of the quick service. The condo is always cleaned and with the COVID issue, I was super happy with this. I will continue to book my vacations through Thomas.... they do not disappoint at all. Happy Beachin'

We rented through Thomas Beach Vacations recently and they were wonderful! They allowed a late night check in, and they have drop off boxes for keys just in case you leave before the office opens. The house was very clean and had a great set up. We will use them again.

My family and I vacationed in Mid August 2020, and we are already talking about next year! We actually ended up with our beach property last minute, because our original plans were canceled due to hurricane Isaias (Oak Island). With one week until our trip, I started looking at other beach options. None of my family had ever been to Cherry Grove, but we had heard great things. I started looking, and found an oceanfront beach house with Thomas Beach Vacations, in Cherry Grove. They had the exact dates available that we needed for that oceanfront house! (Everything surrounding these dates were booked). I called to book my reservation and the rep that helped me was wonderful, and answered all of my questions. I also called a couple times the day of checkin, and everyone I talked to was so friendly! The house we stayed in was the perfect location, perfect layout, perfect size ... I really felt like we were meant to be in that house all along! There were just a few things in the home that could be updated, but honestly nothing that prevented a wonderful week there! It sounds like our group of 7 has voted Cherry Grove again in the coming years, and now we know exactly who to book our future houses with!

We stayed in Crescent Beach last year and rented through a different company. The experience was ok but not the best and I wanted to be able to really enjoy vacation this year. so I decided to try a different company and location. We went with Thomas Realty in Cherry Grove. The location was perfect everything was in walking distance. The neighborhood was very clean quiet and the landscaping was well kept. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful and clean! No bugs! The fire alarm needed batteries and maintenance came the same day to fix. We were 2 blocks away from the ocean! The locals were very friendly and I even took a walk to the local bar and grill at night alone and felt completely safe. Check in and check out was simple, quick and easy and the staff were very professional and friendly! We will definitely be back next year! ?Update? August of 2019 we choose Thomas Beach Vacations again and stayed at the Lazy Turtle. It was a nice stay for the children there was a pool on site; However, I prefer the previous beach house Idol Time better.

I highly recommend Thomas Beach Vacations, Wade from their office was great to work with! After the home rental that we were suppose to use was damaged due to Hurricane Isaias we were called on Thursday BEFORE we were to arrive on Saturday and told that it would not be ready for us to use by different rental company and the only thing they would offer us were condo rentals at different beach locations. At this point in the game we had already rented a golf cart for the week and planned to use a home, not a condo. The other company would not budge on pricing or offer any homes to us, only condos. I called Thomas because I had used them in the past. They were super nice and accommodating, Wade got a list of homes available and emailed them to me. Within a couple hours I had a new rental home, one block from where our original rental was. Upon arrival at the beach, the home was super clean, smelled great and felt like home. I highly recommend Thomas and will use them again for future rentals. Thanks Thomas for making what could have been a bad vacation a very relaxing and wonderful trip.

THEY DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. No sheets, no towels, no washcloths, nothing. This was not listed anywhere on their VRBO listing & they KNOW it, so they called to tell me. I said cancel it. I'm not going to buy several twin & king bed sheet sets when I don't even have those sizes at my home. They are now holding my money hostage for 7-10 business days while I'm trying to book another vacation. INSANE. I have booked tons of beach rentals and vacation rentals with other companies and I have NEVER had them tell me they provide no bed sheets. SCAM to make their prices look better than they are. (Oh, yeah, you can pay more for linens- how about that trashy upsell?)

Very nice property, but unproffesional management company. Rented 8 bedroom house for golf trip and Super Bowl weekend. Management company turned off TV/ wireless to save money in low season and never turned back on before we arrived. After 4 days of daily promises to fix, still nothing. Contact at company even had the nerve to say "I guess you'll just have to have conversations with each other" if there is no TV or internet.
