We recently rented a vacation home for our family of 14 - the home was one of the best we've had in 14 years of vacationing together - it was beautiful and had everything needed - the rental agency was very easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions or concerns - we will be back!

4 Brigatine House was unclean upon arrival, potato chip crumbs on nightstands, urine around toilets in bathrooms, just gross Pool was green and unusable for the first 5 days of the vacation Washing machine never worked the entire vacation. It didn't work the week before either as the linen service told us they were dropping off towels to the previous renters also. Wasn't fixed when we checked out so that means the next week renters wouldn't have a washing machine either. Floor in the kids bathroom was spongy from rot causing the floor tiles to become loose. The pool finally got clear on Wednesday afternoon. The pool supervisor said he knew the owners of the house and informed them at the time that the new pool filter and pump were to small for the size of the pool! Spent 1 day of vacation at the laundromat. Mind you this is second row home in Palmetto. Do not rent from this company or this home **updated** We were never told that the cleaning crew would come back out to the house. This is a lie! Harassed pool guy? Another lie. A pool guy was out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool was finally usable on Wednesday afternoon. By their own admission below, the pool wasn't usable! Again, More proof that their were issues. They admitted to replacing a washing machine. Replacing the washing machine *after* we leave does little for me and my group. It didn't work the week before and it didn't work the week I was there. This is not satisfactory. A $400 refund and free mini golf is hardly compensation for making multiple trips to the laundromat and not being able to use the pool for 5 days. This house cost $16,000 a week. This 'management' company is a joke. The management comes in when stuff goes wrong and these guys don't have it There are a lot of rental companies on Hilton Head, choose any other one.

Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was amazing to work with and the home was beautiful !! Everything was just as described and even prettier than the pictures. There was anything we needed from kitchen items to pool and beach necessities. And the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in !! Thank you for an incredible experience for our first visit to Hilton Head !! God Bless !!

Wonderful home and fantastic beachfront location - also loved having the pool and spa!! Management was excellent and very responsive to a couple items (and corrected within less than our first 24 hours). I would definitely rent here again!!

6 Tera Bella Trace....Just absolutely the finest accommodations I've experienced on Hilton Head in more than 20 years. Can't think of one thing I would have changed or that could have been better. Thanks to the owners for sharing this amazing place with my family and me.

6 Terra Bella Trace This property is spectacular! All the superlative adjectives in the world wouldn’t do it justice. Perfect location right on the beach, spacious, well-designed floor plan, high-end comfortable furnishings, tasteful decorations and special touches throughout - I could go on and on. Our family of 12 had more than enough room and had so much fun! Also worth noting is that there are little details throughout the house that added to our enjoyment - things like the ice maker and beverage cooler in the kitchen, games for the kids in the basement/garage, well-placed swivel chairs in the media/game room and the living room, an elevator!, and a rose in every room upon arrival. Again, I could go on and on about the details. We are so grateful that this beautiful environment provided the backdrop for a perfect vacation!
