Vacations Perfected

We were told they only provide a starter pack of toiletries after my wife contacted Vacations Perfected when we got there. This included a bar of soap in each bathroom with nothing to wash your hair. Each bathroom also only had 1 partially used roll of toilet paper. For the price we pay I would recommend including at least an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with a small container of shampoo and conditioner. This could easily be done for under $5.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have never had problems at Shores of Panama, until we stayed in Unit 1017, by Vacations Perfected. When we booked the room, we sent a message asking if early check in is available. The company responded saying early check in would be available up until 12pm central time as long as no one was occupying the room the night before, at the time it was not booked but could change, we understood that. I messaged this company morning of asking about early check in because we had already arrived in Panama City. The company messaged me back saying that early check in is never guaranteed, but they would add me to a list of units that would like to check in early if it is done being cleaned and inspected, and if we would like to check in early there would be a $50 early check in fee. We thought it was odd that this fee was never disclosed earlier, but we still were willing to pay it. We never heard anything back so we checked in to the room at the normal 4pm check in time. Upon arriving to the room, we quickly realized there is no closet to hang your clothes, they had a rack in the master bedroom with no hangers. So if you are wanting to stay here and hang your clothes, be prepared and bring your own hangers. Honestly, we were prepared to look past all of these minor details until it got BAD. That night we decided to cook dinner and noticed that the pans, cooking utensils, plates and silverware were dirty and still had food residue on them. During that same time, some water had spilled on the floor so I went to clean it and the towel was completely black from the floor being dirty. I looked at my feet and they were BLACK from walking on the floor in the condo. I immediately sent this company another message about how dirty the floors were and the issue with the dirty dishes. The next day they responded and said that the room was cleaned before we got there but they would have someone come back out to clean the floors again for us and leave us some dishwasher pods so we could wash the dishes. Stephanie from Cleaning Your Way came to clean our floors while we were down at the beach. We came up at 4pm and she was still there cleaning the floors. She quickly left after we got back. When she left we realized she had not left any dishwasher pods and she had stolen my Ray-Bans from the kitchen table in our condo. I immediately sent a message to this company and they asked for photos of the sunglasses so they could investigate. Finally after 3 days of texting this company asking for an update I was told that Stephanie had been with the company for 4 years so they would not be taking any action. On top of all of this, the condo is full of dust everywhere and just all around nasty. On our last day, check in was at 10:00 am, at 9:20 am, two cleaners from this same company, a male and female, barged into our room. We told them we check out at 10 and they said "oh oh yeah that's right". I am utterly disgusted by both of these companies, Vacations Perfected AND Cleaning Your Way. If you want to stay at Shores of Panama, do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with any unit by Vacations Perfected. Absolutely terrible company.

I have yet to find ANY Property Management Company that comes close to delivering the type of Service and Quality and Selection of Properties in the area. Vacations Perfected properties are EXCEPTIONAL! From their variety of properties to the locations, EVERYONE can find a Great place to stay with Vacations Perfected. Once inside Vacations Perfected managed properties, you can immediately tell a significant difference from most property management companies in the area. Vacations Perfected exerts enormous effort to ensure each rental is in exceptional shape, the overall process of booking, staying, and leaving is SIMPLE and SEAMLESS! Pricing is completely in-line with other Property Management companies in the area. However, with Vacations Perfected, you are getting Completely Local! From booking all the way up to and including leaving the property - EVERYTHING is handled locally. I highly recommend Vacations Perfected for your next vacation and you, too, will see the difference. Additionally, if you own a property in Panama City or Panama City Beach, Florida, I would engage Vacations Perfected to manage your property! Again, LOCAL Means Everything!

Vacations Perfected was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, helped me check in 4 hours early. Shores of Panama is the place to stay and room #620 was perfect for my family. Sleeping 6 comfortably. Beautiful room, beautiful view, perfect parking space to pull straight in. Couldn’t be happier with this trip. Will definitely use them again and will definitely be staying in room #620. Thx for everything.

5 Star rating it was very spacious, clean, and nicely updated. The only complaint that I have is there was no cooler supplied as I did not bring one. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful condo. We will be back!

We just left there yesterday. We stayed last Friday until yesterday and it was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better view! Place was clean ! Beds were super comfortable. I do wish they provided more toilet paper and trash bags though. They only gave one roll in each bathroom and only one trash bag. Other than that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be returning! The picture was of our view from the balcony.

My family of 5 stayed in Shores of Panama 316. The floor level made the elevator and parking garage a non-issue. I noticed some reviews about those things, but at the lower floor it really didn’t impact us. The condo was clean enough. No bugs or nastiness. One pan looked unclean, but we also understand this is a condo with household cleaning practices. The resort was very fun and so close to the beach. The pool was a little chilly on the windy days, but the hot tub helped deal with that. The staff was very friendly to us, but we were very friendly to them. Not sure how the other reviewers treated the staff, we didn’t notice any rudeness. There are a lot of rules about food/drinks/floats near to pool. Be mindful of that or you may get yelled at by security. Overall, we had a great trip and because the resort is so big we were able to have extended family join us in another condo. Was it an immaculate stay at a luxury VRBO? No- but it was a beachside condo that checked all the boxes for convenience, location, and space. I give it a 4 because of that.

A great condo in a beautiful setting. Grace at Vacations Perfected was so easy to work with. Tidewater staff were all very friendly and helpful. To coin a phrase “Go, there’s nothing stopping you!
